Belgium, family and the Atomium!

Here I am tooth-faced with Gram's cousin Chris and Uncle Wick riding a crazy escalator in the Atomium. (Whenever I say that word I feel like it echoes atomium um um) this is pretty much a building in the shape of a molecule. Seriously. It was groovy!

Alahambra

Thursday we got the amazing experience of visiting the alahambra in Granada. This is the military section of this enormous palace w/the alpujarra mtns in the background. We got quite a workout here w/all the walking but it was well worth it!

Triana + the cathedral

Here's a view that sums up our wednesday. During the day we got to see the cathedral in sevilla and ended up the day w/ceramic shopping+ amazing tapas.

Finally leaving Philly after a one night layover due. Woohoo!!! Only

Our view

Hello everyone! Here is our beautiful view from Spain...oh wait, we're
not in Spain, we're still in the stinkin airport!
It won't get any prettier until tomorrow as our flight has been
delayed one whole day. All because of "traffic delays" and supposed
"thunder storms." After this trip I'm looking into airway
conspiracies. All kidding aside we are still positive and can't wait
to start our trip! Whenever that happens... ;)
